Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Stork and the Bees will be running a little differently for a while.

We are holding Zoom libraries on Mondays 11-12. You will need to register here. This is an online session for those who need assistance with their nappies or carriers. We ask for a £2 donation to help us cover costs.

We want to help as many families as possible keep their children close during this unknown time, so in terms of hire we are offering:

- For slings, the £15 hire rate includes a 10 minute fitting session over Zoom or on collection, to help you fit and get used to your carrier, and rehires are £10 only.

- For nappies, the £60 hire rate includes a chat on how to use them, over Zoom. We have plenty nappy kits available and lots of loose nappies so please get in touch if we can help you.

If you are struggling financially, please get in touch and we should be able to offer discounted rates.

Items can be hired by post or local pick up / drop off (if we remain fit and well).

When your loan expires, you may extend it, or if you don’t want to extend your hire, please contact us for the return address. You are welcome to drop off in person (drop box or doorstep) or post. Please put all returns in a plastic bag so we can leave it 72 hours before opening as a precaution.

We are also offering reduced price Zoom consultations:

- £10 for 30 mins mini consult

- £20 for a full 50 mins

We no longer include credit towards hire or purchase.

Consultations can be useful for a newborn, twins, back carries, if you are uncomfortable, a child crying in the sling, feeding in the sling, or getting your carrier fitted correctly. Or any questions you might have!
